Q: What is the cancellations policy?
A: Any cancellations must be made by 6pm on the day prior to your booked check in date (group bookings by agreement with the manager).

Q: What time can I check in?
A: Check in is at 1.00pm.

Q: What time do I have to check out?
A: Check out is at 11.00am.

NB: As a privately run hotel we are able to offer flexibility on check in/out time (by arrangement).

Q: Can I park?
A: We have 2 free large car parks for the use of our guests.

Q: How do I gain access to the hotel?
A: Our reception is covered 24hrs a day.

Q: How do I find the hotel?
A: We are located 2.5 miles west of Yeovil town centre, on A30. See our Map and plan your route online...

Q: Does the hotel have internet access?
A: Wireless internet is available for residents and conference users, free of charge.
